9/9/12 Downtown Bangor

Cold and gray with rain predicted. Good day for a walk around town. This was a mixed route with me picking some streets and Kelley insisting on others.  She stops and sits down until I agree to go the way she wants to go - of course if I insist she will fall into line but I'm usually open to her suggestions. We met several friendly people ( but no dogs) for her to greet and I managed to keep her away from the river- hard to get her dry on a day without sun. A pleasant 1 hour walk. Some of what we saw.

This cat spotted Kelley sniffing around it's poarch . Kelley is not interested in cats.

  2. Hi Grace

Thanks for your comments and observations. The beach at Donnell Pond is really nice and makes me curious about it's origin as there are so few sandy beaches around here. It was foggy and we met some young family hiking up toward the peak of Black and I'm afraid they had no view at all.
