Rain predicted (didn't happen) so we went to nearby Orono. This time we started from the end of Penobscot St. and had no trouble following the trails. When we got to the river trail we walked south until it got too soggy and then north to near the end. before turning around . A gray dim day but Kelley didn't seem to mind and we got in almost two hours without getting rained on.

Soggy is not the word for it lately but soon enough the sog will be hard as a rock. And then another set of footing issues arise.
ReplyDeleteHi Grace- I understand and have have those issues myself sometimes. Appreciate your comments as always.
ReplyDeleteHey penbayman- lets hope it's not like last winter and instead have more snow than ice.
