Finding Trail Descriptions

So as not to repeat myself excessively, I am reducing the amount of description of trails that have already been posted. 4/9/16 Perch Pond

Thirties and sunny. Rain last two days so we were glad for a nice one.

Start of the South Trail has several sections of bog bridge

Still wintry looking but no ice or snow

Gnome?

The small pond was ice free and that made Kelley happy.

She also found pools along the trail

Perch Pond was also ice free

More wet trail

Colorful fungi

Nice day and hike. Kelley did well and enjoyed water everywhere. We had the place to ourselves until we met some folks and dogs at the end near the parking lot. 2 hours

  1. Beautiful fungi!
And I wonder who left the gnome? Somebody has a sense of humor.
Glad your weather is nice. We're STILL snow and gloom. Eeeesh. Being promised sun tomorrow. What a treat that will be.
    Have a great week, John

    1. Thanks Sue - That is not the first little figure we have found on trails. I wonder about them. We had two nice days and now rain again with possibility of snow
