Finding Trail Descriptions

So as not to repeat myself excessively, I am reducing the amount of description of trails that have already been posted. 1/29/16 Snowmobile Trail Along The Kenduskeag

Upper 20's with cloudy skies and snow predicted. We started from the Pushaw Rd.

Warmer temperatures have reduced snow amounts and left  icy and even bare spots in the trail.

Still enough snow for background

The stream is not yet iced over.

Looking across - the small white spots are snow ,not dust. We didn't get enough to accumulate.

Looking back near the turn around spot.

Still surprises me that people haul their junk out into the woods.

Less than ideal conditions meant no snowmobiles so we had a quiet hike. Kelley did well  1  1/2 hours

  1. Hi John
I'm disgusted with folks that throw their junk out in the country. We even have free (!!) junk days where people can bring their bulky goods, like couches, etc and dispose of them..........and yet idiots STILL litter our woods with stuff. Maddening.
Looks like your winter has been fairly easy as well. We're in the 40's this weekend...which effectively kills skiing. I'm kinda bummed on that, and yet---warm temps are tempting too!
    Have a good week

    1. Hi Sue - It has been mild here were losing the little snow we had and have several days of 40's forecast too. It's been a weird winter.
