Forties and mostly cloudy with rain forecast - it held off until we got home - and we did get a few peeks of sun.
Still looking kind of wintry

View of the shore. We cross a shallow to stream to get to that ledge for our apple snack. Kelley remembers and waits for me to get the apple from my pack.
In case you thought the snow was all gone.

One last time in the water near the end of the hike
A pretty good hike. The temperature was comfortable, Kelley was enthusiastic, and an it was an easy hike for her. We met a nice group of people and their dog and that made Kelley happy. 1 1/2 hours
So cute about Kelley and the apple. I'm really surprised at all that snow yet. We're at the lake - went fishing today!
ReplyDeleteHi Kim - most hikes we have an apple break. With hikes we do frequently she even knows where we stop.
DeleteMy favorite is the outlet scene--very pretty.
ReplyDeleteHope your week is going well. VERY busy around here--thank goodness for 4 am wake-up, or I'd REALLY be behind! Have a great day
Sue
Thanks Sue- I need to be busy getting the garden ready but it has been wet and rainy. Good day to you too.
DeleteBeautiful pics, especially the panoramic ones. Maine is so gorgeous. You're very lucky to live there .
ReplyDeleteThank you Serafina - I think we are lucky to live here too.
