Kelley had seemed a little creaky last night ( me too ) after yesterday's hike and I'm still behind with the garden so a short hour and a quarter at the forest. We parked at the end of Kittredge and walked the West to a side trail, over to the rail bed for a bit and then back.
A nice lichen
Kelley bring up the rear
She got in the beaver pond twice at the start of the hike and again at the end.
Once again, we found no wild flowers but when I did the lawn there were patches of these tiny flowers- some with a blue tint and some white- I don't know what they are but they appear each spring.
and, of course, dandelions
I worked in the garden the rest if the afternoon and Kelley watched me or slept.

Love your flower photos and also the shot of Kelley swimming. :)
ReplyDeleteThanks Linda- I may be reaching a saturation point with Kelley in the water pictures.
DeleteKelley will never reach her "saturation point!"
ReplyDeleteThank you for that, Christopher - and Kelley says "woof woof"
