A break from the heat - 60's, low humidity, and no bugs - a great day for a hike. Another place we hadn't been in awhile because of the deer flies which are now gone.
However we are still way short on rain and the bog bridges were not needed.
Normally there are a few small streams for Kelley on the way to the ponds but they were all dry and she had to wait until Partridge Pond.
