Cold - 4 degrees- but mostly sunny and little wind. Finished clearing the drive and returned to Dover-Foxcroft. It's been frustrating trying to find places to hike and this seems to be reliable.
We headed the other direction this time and the trail had been groomed and used so there was good footing.
There were quite a few snowmobiles today- especially for a weekday but the woods were pretty and we did not let there presence bother us. Kelley was happy to be on the trail and has learned to sit by the side as they pass.
I didn't take a lot of pictures but did find a few plants
All in all a pretty good hike. 2 1/2 hours
John, been thinking about y'all up in the cold North. Love your photos, always nice. Be safe out there in that snow and ice. Bill
ReplyDeleteThanks Bill- It has been a real Maine winter but we are careful.
