Some new shoots

I don't know what this is

I am retired and have been doing a lot of hiking with my dog Kelley. Kelley has done all the peaks in Acadia National Park as well as those in Camden and the Donnell Pond and Monteville area. We have also done Big and Little Moose, Petit Manan and the Cutler Coast. We hope that other hikers will share hikes they have enjoyed.
My guesses are: a daffodil, variegated hosta shoots, white bleeding hearts...although that must be an old picture since it's too early for them. The last one is more difficult: rust in the shape of shoe? or a crab?

One and four are right. I don't know about two and three but they were all taken yesterday.
