A very short hike only 45 minutes from home ( Things to be done at home). We started up the Stewart Gross Path which is an old road through woods and then turned up the Mountain Trail-an old jeep trail over granite.

The summit has some trees but is mostly open and we explored a bit getting views in several directions

We returned the way we had come and met several people with dogs. One woman told us about a place near the hatchery for Kelley to get a swim, which we did. 1-1/4 hours
