1/12/10 Snomobile Trail

Cold and windy (wind chill of 5 degrees)with the sun in and out. Having work done on the car this morning caused a late start so we decide to check out a snowmobile trail less than a mile from home. In past years snowmobiles have gone on the utility easement behind the house making easy access for us. Not so this year as the trail has been changed. A pretty woods section is no longer included and the trail stays more open. Still the footing was good and we got in a nice 2 hour hike.
