Pretty morning. Not knowing what Kelley wanted today we headed to nearby City Forest.
As always the first stop was the beaver pond.
A few leaves still on branches
but most are on the ground or water
Still lots of water around for kelley
Pond on the way out.
We only did an hour and a half but Kelley did well. We met several people and dogs and that always makes her happy.
Love all that blue water, and your shot of the leaves floating in the water is beautiful!

DeleteIt won't be long until you start seeing ice on the edges of the pond.
ReplyDeleteIt had been below freezing the night before and there was very thin ice on some of the shaded pools in the woods.
