10/15/15 Branch Lake



Cool ( upper 40's ) but sunny with little wind - good hiking weather.

Kelley found a small stream before we reached to lake.


Unusual color


The shore we reached first was very rocky and kept Kelley out.


The trails through the woods had very nice light today


 and some ferns are still green


Ah, the lake

Another section of bog bridge with lots of leaves


and another small stream.


Standing out - almost back to the car


A very pleasant hike. Kelley was enthusiastic and energetic. 2 hours
