Another nice sunny morning and around 70 degrees. Decided on an easy hour at the forest.
Heading down the hill - the beaver pond's water level continues to lower and the vegetation to grow.
Still good to Kelley
Lots of flowers and bees around the pond
I got flare from the sun in this one and decided to leave it in
The West Trail had deer flies but not like yesterday. Kelley wanted to take the side trail and we did but it had even more flies. The little stream she likes was almost dry and muddy
At that point we turned back.
In the pond on the way out.
In spite of the flies a pleasant morning. We met a few people and that and the beaver pond made Kelley happy.
