6/4/12 Bangor

Rain on and off ( mostly on ) since our nice Friday and more forecast for the next four days. During a break we went downtown for a short walk. I took my point and shoot because it's easier to keep dry under my jacket. Kelley was more interested in sniffing - it seems worse when it's wet and my camera quit working after two pictures (one of which was badly out of focus).

I don't know what these pretty flowers are but they were on a large bush.

    It does except I'm used to seeing lilacs more erect and tightly packed- perhaps a variety I'm not familiar with.
