10/14/11 Walden

Another gray rainy day but we were in all day yesterday because of mostly steady rain so when we got a period of just mist and drizzle we headed to Walden. Kelley, of course, doesn't mind the rain and was just glad to be out. I had a jacket and a plastic bag to protect my camera.

We started on the loop trail but then branched out and explored parts of several unnamed trails, part of the rail bed , and more sections of the loop. We came to some dead ends and circled some but Kelley said, "what's the problem ?, it's all good". We got in 2 hours before it started to rain more steadily.













This is the marsh at the end ( at least as far as you can go on dry land) of the rail bed trail

    Kelley's right...it's all good. Nice photos. I especially like #4 water drops on leaf.
